So, I was reading this book by Dov Simens called From Reel to Deal, and I thought it was pretty interesting. He mentions something about opening the Yellow Pages up to "D" and calling up dentists, because they're rich and like to invest in the arts (well, he isn't as nice in wording it as I am, but I don't want to make any dentists angry, because it seems like a good idea).
To be honest, he comes off a little bit "holy roller" to me sometimes, but I have to admit the guy has some pretty interesting ideas for filmmaking.
I imagine that any good used bookstore has his book - If I find any good used copies, I may get them and pass them out to my filmmaking friends as holiday gifts next year...
